Directors & Boards, a publication of MLR Holdings LLC, serves the directors of public and privately held corporations through a quarterly paid magazine, a website and other media. GRID Media and its partners serve as publishing and advertising director of Directors & Boards, focused on building circulation, advertising sales and the market position of this leading corporate governance media company. In the first full year of the agreement, overall revenues for Directors & Boards more than doubled. GRID Media is developing and shepherding an acquisition and launch plan to further grow the business. GRID Media developed a partnership with the National Association of Corporate Directors to jointly produce a series of new magazines serving the marketplace. These Boardroom Briefings are created, edited, sold and marketing by GRID Media. GRID Media has furthered the development of these Boardroom Briefings with alliances with The Corporate Library and the National Investor Relations Institute. GRID Media has also developed other new products for Directors & Boards, including a monthly e-newsletter and a new book, "The Art of Corporate Governance."
GRID Media provides publication management and advertising services to Family Business magazine, a publication of Family Business Publishing Company. Family Business is the leading quarterly journal for owners of family enterprises, and features an e-newsletter and a successful series of family business-oriented handbooks. In the first year of the project, advertising revenues have grown 328%. GRID Media successfully negotiated the licensing of Family Business's Handbook series to a Chinese publisher. The series has been translated into Mandarin, and is being distributed throughout China to family-owned businesses.
GRID Media researched, developed and coordinated a magazine launch for Hanley-Wood LLC.
GRID Media is also providing outside business development assistance to Hanley-Wood's fast-growing magazine division.
A unit of Newhouse News Service Religion News Service is owned by Advance Publications/Newhouse News Service, and is the only secular news service covering religion and ethics exclusively. Its subscribers range from the New York Times, The Washington Post and The Los Angeles Times, to USA Today, Time Magazine and a host of leading religious publications. GRID Media LLC provides operational, publishing and marketing oversight of this daily wire service. GRID Media has developed a highly successful press release distribution service and marketing e-newsletter for the service, built an e-commerce solution and redeveloped and enhanced the RNS Photo Service. Advance Publications is the 4th largest newspaper chain in the country, and owner of Conde Nast Publications. Current Partnerships Developed or Managed by GRID Media for Religion News Service: Canadian Press distributes RNS exclusively to Canadian newspapers, publications and websites. Religion News Service is available in full text daily through LexisNexis RNS consults with and is a marketing partner with Religion & Ethics Newsweekly, a weekly television program broadcast on PBS. Religion News Service photos are available to advertising agencies, publishers and art directors via PonkaWonka. Universal Press Syndicate represents Religion News Service to consumer newspapers in the United States. The Arthur C. Clarke Foundation GRID Media's Scott Chase serves as Secretary for the Arthur C. Clarke Foundation, an organization which seeks to preserve and extend the literary, scientific and cultural contributions of Sir Arthur Clarke, inventor of the communications satellite concept and author of 2001: A Space Odyssey and other works. GRID Media is providing conference content management and key speaker liaison for Pike & Fischer's Broadband Policy Summit 2006: Charting the Road Ahead. Mobile Satellite Users Association GRID Media's Scott Chase serves as president of the MSUA, an organization of mobile satellite services providers, equipment manufacturers and end-users. Senior-executive level market survey for Sea Launch, the Boeing-Khrunichev joint venture to provide commercial launch vehicle services. Assignment executed in association with Longbottom Communications. Provided strategic and marketing consulting related to EADS North America's responses to RFPs on military helicopter procurement. GRID Media is providing conference content management and key speaker liaison to IOMA'S 2006 Homeland Security Contracting Opportunities Summit.
GRID Media developed and launched ERI Journal: The Voice of the Extended Retail Industry for Retail Systems Alert Group, a unit of Proximus LLC. GRID developed the magazine positioning, editorial and marketing plan, created the budget, and executed the launch of a the magazine in May 2005 magazine along with a show daily. GRID Media then developed the 2006 budget for the property, and oversaw a transition to internal management for future editions. GRID Media consulted with Reed Exhibitions UK on the future potential of several events, including Enterprise Wireless Technology and Mediacast. Both events were subsequently folded. A GRID Media partner provided marketing development for the launch of a paid e-newsletter from Epicurious. Additionally, GRID Media oversees the daily updating of the Religion News Service website for Advance.net.

Splashskins by MadMax designs, manufactures and distributes sun protective swimwear for children. GRID Media provided web design and maintenance, e-commerce strategy and design, and advertising/marketing strategy and execution.
Clear Lake Media Clear Lake Media is the publisher of Watering Hole News, an advertising supported free publication distributed in bars in Southern California, and Grub & Pub Report, which is distributed in northern Wisconsin. GRID Media advised Clear Lake Media on its strategy to license the publication in local markets throughout North America. The Council of Media Advisors is an association of executives and leaders collaborating with investment and industry professionals to promote business innovation and continuing education. It draws members from advertisers, agencies, broadcasters, media companies, video game publishers, publishers, studios, agents and creative management companies. GRID Media provides consulting on consumer and b2b media properties, including analysis of paid circulation strategies, trade shows, conferences, b2b magazines and newsletters and more. Adams Media Research is the media industry's key source of market data and financial analysis on the post-theatrical filmed entertainment and digital media markets. GRID Media provides assistance with corporate development, partnerships and sales, and is a minority owner of Hollywood Aftermarket, a monthly newsletter and news service.
